Our primary customers are independent content creators and influencers who want to produce AI-generated video content without expensive production. Demand for short-form video content is rising and brands increasingly want personalized, creator-driven content at lower cost than traditional production. AI video generation now makes it possible for individual creators to produce character-based or face-based video content quickly, and AI Crave can win first with creators who want to generate personalized cartoon or likeness-based videos before expanding into the enterprise hiring marketplace.
Our core strength is the ability to generate AI video using custom cartoon characters or real faces, which is more flexible than tools that only produce generic AI avatars. Being under OSD company gives us organizational backing and potential existing relationships to draw on. As we build out the marketplace side, our advantage will come from being a two-sided platform that connects creators directly with the businesses that want to hire them, rather than just offering a generation tool alone.
Using other people's faces in generated video raises serious consent and likeness-rights risk; we will require verified consent or licensing before any face other than the user's own can be used, and we will build moderation to block misuse. Deepfake-style misuse could create legal and reputational risk; we will apply content policies and watermarking or disclosure labels on generated video. As a two-sided marketplace we face a cold-start problem of getting creators and enterprises onboarded at the same time; we will start by focusing on the creator side first. Competition from large generic AI video tools is a risk; we will differentiate through the hiring marketplace and the custom face/character feature. Generation compute cost could be high relative to what creators can pay; we will monitor unit costs per generated video closely before scaling usage.
In 5-10 years, AI Crave aims to be a trusted platform where creators routinely produce personalized AI video content and where businesses reliably find and hire creators for campaigns, known for giving creators flexible generation tools and giving enterprises an efficient way to source creator talent.
Between now and beta launch on 2026-11-01, we will finish core MVP features for AI video generation with cartoon characters and face usage, implement a consent verification step for third-party faces, and onboard an initial group of creators to test generation. In the following months after beta, we will test the hiring marketplace with a small set of organizers or enterprises and measure repeat usage from creators.
Within 2-5 years, AI Crave aims to have an established base of active creators regularly generating AI video content and a working hiring marketplace with repeat enterprise clients, supported by clear consent and compliance processes for likeness usage.
